The Marketing Spectrum LLC was founded to serve SMB clients and divisions of larger corporations with marketing expertise to enable progress on key growth initiatives. Led by Genevieve Poirier-Richards, MBA, she brings executive business experience with over 23 years of corporate leadership and P&L management. In these roles, she increased revenue and key brand marketing metrics for a range of product and service firms, leading teams to achieve business excellence, marketing, and innovation awards.

With experience ranging from consumer products, food and beverage, mobile technology, construction, publishing/media, and commercial services, she has enabled growth for a growing list of clients. Her expertise in leveraging market and competitive insights and her practical experience has been effective in generating business-building strategies that yield commercial success. In past projects, she has been able to bring rapid and practical solutions to the table, and has led implementation of key marketing and growth initiatives within client companies.

With US and international experience, her corporate background includes Conoco/DuPont, Schering-Plough (Merck) Consumer, The Campbell Soup Company, and executive roles with mid-sized firms including a rapid growth food company (Mission Foods), The Dallas Morning News and an industry marketing association. She has advised start-ups and is a co-investor and strategist for two commercial businesses. She serves as a mentor for MBA students, and is a past Board of Directors member for non-profit associations.
